Our Story

I am an experienced IT professional with nearly two decades of hands-on expertise in system administration, infrastructure design, and enterprise technology solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across education, enterprise, and startup environments, designing and supporting secure, scalable systems. My core strengths include macOS and Windows system administration, identity management built around Active Directory and modern cloud-based directory services such as JumpCloud, endpoint management through MDM platforms including JAMF Pro and NinjaOne, and network design using technologies from WatchGuard, Ubiquiti, and Cisco Meraki. 

A defining aspect of my work has always been a deep commitment to customer service. Every system administrator role I’ve held has involved direct user support—working with faculty, staff, students, and business clients. I don’t just build systems; I support people. I focus on clear communication, efficient problem-solving, and making sure technology truly serves the organization. 

I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer for an emerging AI startup, where I built the company’s IT infrastructure from the ground up. This includes endpoint management, modern directory services, secure network design, and the implementation of security policies and compliance standards. I’ve also worked extensively with enterprise storage platforms such as Dell EMC Isilon and both cloud and on-premises strategies. 

In addition to my enterprise experience, I’ve owned and operated two IT service businesses, including Singularity Computing. I believe in partnering with trusted local professionals when it benefits the client—whether coordinating with electricians for infrastructure needs or working with specialists like DriveSavers for data recovery. When the right people work together, everyone wins—especially the customer.
